Synopsis:

Carlo is an eccentric watchmaker who seems to possess a strange ability that can alter the lives of his town's inhabitants. As he fixes their gears, adjusts their hands, or winds their watches, he pushes their owners to the limit and challenges them to fight for control of their crazy destinies. Will these residents be able to cope with their small ordeals?
