Synopsis:
Spain, 1980s. Philippe is a ten-year-old French boy traveling with his very pregnant mother, Marie, and his father, Tomas, whose plan is to take them home to the village where he grew up and introduce the boy to his Spanish roots. But an unfortunate breakdown leads the family to a scrapyard on the outskirts of a deserted inland town, where they come upon its owners, Alicia and Miguel.
